Kamil Czaja

Founder & CEO, GoPackshot

Kamil Czaja is the founder and CEO of GoPackshot, a top-5 European fashion content production studio in Wrocław, serving 120+ brands including Zalando, OTTO, Bestseller, and CCC. He has spent 16 years producing visual content for fashion e-commerce and today leads 130+ people delivering over 2 million SKUs a year.

Kamil started as a photographer in Wrocław and built GoPackshot from a single studio in 2010 into a top-5 European fashion content production company. Sixteen years later, his team of 130+ people delivers over 2,000,000 SKUs per year to 120+ fashion brands, from enterprise retailers like Zalando, OTTO, Bestseller, CCC and Marc O’Polo to Scandinavian designer labels and Holy Fashion Group.

What Kamil is known for inside the industry, first and foremost, is fashion e-commerce itself. Sixteen years running Europe's largest fashion content studio taught him to read product detail pages the way traders read charts: what wins, what loses, and where small visual choices quietly move millions of euros of revenue between brands. Photography is the craft he came from, the studio and the AI infrastructure are the instruments he uses, and e-commerce expertise is the thing underneath all of it.

He runs GoPackshot on one operating principle: product presentations must be aesthetic enough to make customers buy, and authentic enough to make them keep what they ordered. Every asset the studio ships, from a six-image PDP on Zalando to AI face-swap across twenty regional variations, gets measured against that rule.

Kamil is a rare operator in European fashion content. He spent sixteen years in fashion content production before adding AI as production infrastructure, and that sequence matters. GoPackshot’s AI services (face swap, automated product variations, AI-generated motion) are live on OTTO and Zalando today, supervised by fashion professionals who know the difference between a commercially viable image and one that only looks clever.

He writes and speaks about three topics:

  • AI as infrastructure, not authorship. Hybrid production where AI scales and people decide.
  • The Decision Confidence Model. Content that eliminates buyer doubt, measured against conversion and returns together.
  • Find / Convert / Keep. The three places where content either earns you sales or costs you money.

He is a speaker and sponsor at European fashion and e-commerce conferences:

He has been a guest on the Duo Digitale, AI Commerce, and ZSZ podcasts.
